Not impressed. After 14 years of being together my long term girlfriend and I turned to therapy for support. After two sessions, our therapist Rhiannon convinced us to break up without helping us come to any real sort of conclusions. Instead of offering us a safe space to heal and understand we were forced to say things that neither of us were ready or really wanting to say which made things worse for both of us. There wasn't one. She was a no show. Got a 15 min text reminder and waiting in my zoom waiting area for 30 minutes then I left.

I've been seeing Katie Howlett for a while now. She is absolutely wonderful. From the moment of our very first consult, she made me feel completely validated and was focused on my health. Her first concern was to make sure I was comfortable with her and that I felt seeing her would help me. She is highly knowledgeable, and she has helped me learn a lot about myself. I am grateful to have found a counselor as great as Katie! I really don't think I would have been able to progress as much as I have without her.
