I feel lighter. You never know how much your thoughts weigh on you until they are lifted. The questions helped me to share things I hadn’t thought about in years but contribute to who I am. It was good- I look forward to future sessions.

Peop⁰le aren't willing to transition back to in person. Those that do. Don't take pride wnt bipolar peeps. I get it. We are complicated. Aome of us. Don't blame the world. We know we make our own problems. Some are self aware. To be honest. Not one of you can be firm and direct. And thats what a true bipolar needs. A a tough therapist. I can't find that here In Athens. Honsstly, I'd ratherbe out of this county.
