I’m very pleased with my visit. I was extremely nervous as this is new to me. Samantha made me feel welcomed & was easy to talk to. She asked questions and allowed me to express myself without interruption. I felt heard and understood. I’m looking forward to working with her on my new me!!
“Extremely disappointed with this office. It feels like their only priority is getting paid rather than genuinely caring for their patients. Communication is poor, and it’s clear that they have little understanding or compassion for the people they’re supposed to be helping. They constantly focus on payments and policies instead of patient care. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for understanding and support—just be prepared for them to prioritize your money over your well-being.”
My visit was good today. Was glad to talk to my counselor about some good strategies that I can use.!!!
Stacy Kador is an overall great counselor! She’s very knowledgeable and her approach is inviting and warm. She has helped me to improve my communication and coping skills. You’re doing a wonderful job keep it up!!
Please BEWARE of this Therapy service!!! As a new client you should not be charged $135.00 to reschedule or cancel appointments, when your appointment is 2-3 days out. And they only wave the $135.00 fee, if you reschedule your appointment with the same person. Why would anyone want to use this type of service, life and things happen every day.
