If I could I would leave a negative star. Spent 30 minutes on the phone giving them every bit of information possible and waiting to find a provider with times that worked with my schedule then less than 3 hours prior to my appointment I receive a text message with no explanation that my appointment has been canceled. I called and was told technical difficulties was the cause. After a very disappointing CS interaction I got a voicemail from the “doctor” saying he won’t be in the office at the time I scheduled. Have had 2 sessions now with Rosetta Friday and she's amazing. She really helps me to dive into my thinking and analyze what's happening. I am greatful for her many perspective and helping me get to the other side. 🙂
I can’t give a great review right now but I’m giving them one more chance. I needed therapy for my child because she has trouble communicating and having conversations. Her first session was intake. Her second session, I was not around but she called me when it was over-16 minutes after it started. I called and was told it should be an hour session but it’s up to the therapist. This was my first visit& I was little bit nervous, the counselor put me at ease. Mr Haynes was very patient & thorough with his questions. Very clean, quiet & safe environment. I definitely recommend him & his office.
My therapist Brianna is so knowledgeable and helpful. She listens and she shares actual supports and I really do appreciate her.
