I have had a very unpleasant experience with this company. Keep in mind, this is a company, not a group of individuals who care about you or your mental health. My therapist has been trying to assist me with billing issues from this company over the last 3 months. They have charged me over a thousand dollars, and then closed my account and cancelled all of my appointments after countless emails and phone calls with their corporate office. I seen Thea Green, very professional and caring about my needs. This was my first visit with her. I'M hoping she will be able to figure out my needs and he'll me get through my issues. But as of now she's great.
Best providers I've had. Both people I see who work for this company (Ileana and Monica) are fantastic, competent, and clearly put a ton of effort into their job. I've found many benefits from the treatment I've gotten so far in the month I've used the services. Highly recommend.
Horrible!!!!! I don’t recommend Thriveworks !!! The first initial call felt like a sales pitch more than anything, but I went with it. The lady was nice and helpful etc. the only appointment she could get me was at another location across the county from my house or work office that they work with.I was like ok, I’ll take what you have. Super predatory billing practices. Requiring 48 hours notice to simply reschedule an appt for the same day just 2 hours later is ridiculous. I called with 45 hours and they tried to charge me $150. I have shown to virtual appointments for 15 minutes simply because it’s cheaper than cancelling and getting the “late cancel” fee.
