Shannon was so patient with me as I vented about my injuries from the car accident and all of my medical procedures. I look forward to talking with her again since this was our first session. It's good to know there's somewhere in this country that has counseling immediately available for our young ones. We got an excellent counselor with many, many years of experience and has been a relief for our children.
This is my first time in counseling, but it is nowhere near as painful as I thought it would be. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and has genuinely helped me rethink some things. Overall a great experience so far.
Shannon is quite a good counselor. She listens and poses questions in such a way that my thoughts are channeled toward possible solutions. She is quite easy to connect with.
