Monica is an amazing counselor, one of the best I've had in almost 40 years of on and off counseling and multiple counselors. In the short time I've been seeing her i have had better emotional regulation stress management and understanding of both. Beyond grateful to be paired with her.

My appointment was via ZOOM and it was just the preliminary consultation for my personal info & INTAKE. I cannot rate the services yet but I feel that Ms. Gwendolyn and I will make good progress. I am hopeful and I feel encouraged.

I had a great experience being counseled by Enid C. She is knowledgeable facilitator of EMDR and taught me a lot of practical techniques to use on my own. Enid was very professional yet also built rapport within the therapeutic relationship. Definitely recommend her for counseling services! I received hybrid service half online half in-person. Both were effective. The Thriveworks space was clean and peaceful in person and there were no issues with online therapy. Thank you!
