There is something extremely shady going on with their billing practices. 4 times now I've been assured a billing issue would be fixed and has not been. Even got in touch with an upper level manager who told me they'd "personally" handle it to no avail. Besides the billing issue I've been trying to have addressed, they also charge a different amount for each of my 3 sessions, something I've never seen before in my many years of therapy. Run away. This isn't the place for you I promise. They will only worsen your mental health with their bogus billing practices, forcing you not to be able to pay your bills on time, which are one of the stressors of your anxiety and depression. They bill your card and then force you to jump through hoops trying to get it back which I have yet been able to do.
