My first session with Molly was great she listened what I had to say she was compassionate and kind.
There is something extremely shady going on with their billing practices. 4 times now I've been assured a billing issue would be fixed and has not been. Even got in touch with an upper level manager who told me they'd "personally" handle it to no avail. Besides the billing issue I've been trying to have addressed, they also charge a different amount for each of my 3 sessions, something I've never seen before in my many years of therapy. I always have a fantastic experience with Tammi!
I would never recommend Thriveworks at all! They care about the money and not about the well-being of the person. I went to sessions and the counselor/therapist does not even my name or what I talked about in last appointment. This is very frustrating for a person who wants to get the help. The counselor/therapist Keeps and keeps saying the same information over and over. I meant with counselor/therapist twice a week and still forget everything that I told him.
