There is something extremely shady going on with their billing practices. 4 times now I've been assured a billing issue would be fixed and has not been. Even got in touch with an upper level manager who told me they'd "personally" handle it to no avail. Besides the billing issue I've been trying to have addressed, they also charge a different amount for each of my 3 sessions, something I've never seen before in my many years of therapy.
