Even though I gave my counselor my EAP insurance to bill for my 6 FREE therapy sessions, I was billed full price without insurance. My counselor has not responded to me or the company to rebill with the correct insurance. The company has had 1,300 dollars of my money for a month and a half with no resolution. For the past month they have been putting me off with no answer or update. Poor customer service. BEWARE
Teresa has a way of making my grief seem not so bad. She does ask the hard questions, some I have never considered. As I travel through the most difficult days of my life, I’m glad she’s here for me.
This was my first visit online with a Thriveworks Counselor. It was easier to do then I expected. Ahead of my appointment a employee contacted me and we went thru the procedures. Being 75 and not a lot of online experience I am grateful for their help. My Counselor was very nice and made me feel comfortable in the process. Looking forward to talking to her again.
Called the clinic before booking an appointment to confirm if they accept UMR insurance which they said yes, did my first therapy, then before even hanging up the call, my therapist told me they don’t accept UMR insurance, great job, got charge for $200 , service is 0
THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!! THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD AND NOT BILL INSURANCE!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!! I WILL POST THIS A MILLION TIMES IF I HAVE TO. A REPORT IS BEING FILED WITH THE WITH ALL AGENCIES REGARDING THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES.
