Therapist is excellent! She listens attentively, always keeps her appointments and offers practical advice and solutions for what has been troubling me. Glad I can do therapy as a tele-appt as well for it is convenient for me.
It was a great session. I like the space I'm given just to talk and as I talk out loud I come to my own conclusion about things and then ask for an alternative perspective or is that a health thought or am I handling this in a progressive manner. I journal which I love, but there's also something about having the feedback when you need it. Most times we all really have our own answers sometimes we just need the space to talk about it and a little reassurance or feedback.
Victoria is amazing, she's helpful, she listens and understands. Shes helping me figuring out coping skills, she talks me through things and is very kind and supportive. I blessed to have such an amazing therapist.
Yolanda Jones was very easy to talk to. She asked all of the important questions. Was interested in hearing my story and the challenges I’m facing. Looking forward to next session.
Karen is among the best if not the best therapists I’ve seen. I’ve seen such great improvement in our family dynamic since seeing her. I can honestly say I genuinely like and respect Karen. She’s very easy to talk to as she is a very good listener. Karen also gives practical advice to help bring our blended family closer. I would recommend Karen without hesitation.
