Bernadette was there for me when I needed her. I was going through some fairly tough things in my life and realized I need help. She is compassionate and thoughtful. I have been with Bernadette for two years now. She is my first counselor and has been so kind and patient with me as I am learning and growing. She is flexible with scheduling and is always available when I need her! She has helped me to overcome fears that I didn't even know I had and most importantly become a better Mama to my two small boys. I will ever be grateful for the time she has spent with me and highly recommend her to any Mama's looking to find themselves again.
