Tiffany is truly amazing at what she does. She actively listens without judgment and asks thoughtful questions that challenge me to reflect on my feelings and behaviors in a deeper way. She provides helpful reading materials and practical resources that support me in reaching my goals, which shows how invested she is in my growth. I especially appreciate that she ends every session by asking what I need from her which makes me feel heard, supported, and empowered in my healing journey.
The therapist was very thorough and knowledgeable. She found ways to make a connection and asked several questions to understand why I needed to seek help through counseling. I felt very comfortable with her.
The interaction with the therapist is remarkably professional and helpful. There seems to be frequent technical problems with the virtual sessions however. Please try to remedy these issues if possible because they take away time from the session as well as disruptive to cohesiveness of thoughts and communication.
My therapist has been very helpful and supportive to me and my needs. He is a very patient and considerate listener and I feel safe sharing my feelings and concerns with him
