Our counselor is Anna, we are seeing her for marriage counseling and it is going very well. We’ve been working with her for about 3 months. What stands out to me is that she is incredibly empathetic and validating while still is able to provide actionable solutions and hold us accountable for following through - in my experience counselors have leaned heavily either one way or the other, so I really appreciate that she gives space for both. My therapist Rachel, is the best. She has helped me so much with my grief, loss, anxiety, depression. I would highly recommend her. She is very professional, friendly, caring. She also keeps it real. The provider Laura B, I have seen twice now, is so nice. I struggle with feeling comfortable around strangers and she is pleasant to speak with and doesn’t make you seem like some freak for overly “feeling” ur emotions. I seek therapy for anxiety, depression, self esteem and grief. Price wise, they accept major insurance plans. It seems they bill at around the $400 ball park, so it could be pricey and it could not be depending on how good your insurance is! I do plan to stick around with this therapist to see how it helps. I love Lauren, she is very attentive, caring and definitely helps you address things you need to address. She helps you process things that you don’t even see, things you are relating that have no connection. So happy I decided to reach out to her.
Our sessions are always eye opening. We have learned what is working and what isn't working. One week at a time but our therapist is amazing.
