My therapist Rachel, is the best. She has helped me so much with my grief, loss, anxiety, depression. I would highly recommend her. She is very professional, friendly, caring. She also keeps it real. I’m very glad to have her as my therapist. I look forward to our sessions.i feel like I’m talking To a friend.
I love Lauren, she is very attentive, caring and definitely helps you address things you need to address. She helps you process things that you don’t even see, things you are relating that have no connection. So happy I decided to reach out to her.
Thriveworks therapist Lauren Brown has been exceptional. Her knowledge and understanding in guiding me through my depression and anxiety has been a blessing. I absolutely love my therapist! I will recommend this to anyone that is looking to become their better self! 8/20/25 My 1st session after my intake with Jennifer was validating, and informative. I felt safe with her and know I am in Good Hands. I’m looking forward to future sessions with her. 8/7/25 My sessions with Betty Rivera led me to a more intensive therapy I require that she did not provide.
