I felt very comfortable with her. She is compassionate and understanding. Betty has so much to offer and great tools to help you cope. So sad that we cannot find a time that works for us to continue on together. I know she would have been able to help 🌻
I had a virtual appointment with Rebecca. I feel like Rebecca followed a script or predetermined course of action rather actually listening to me and my needs. After explaining what I've been dealing with and informing her that I've been taking either 10mg or 20mg of Lexapro for the last almost two years, Rebecca advised me to start taking 15mg of Lexapro. I always have a good and smooth experience with all aspects of Thriveworks. My practitioner is wonderful, on time, thoughtful and thorough. They communicate via email and text just enough to ensure I remember my appointment, but not too much so I feel bombarded/
Although the trees are thinning out, I understand that it is a long way before I am out of the woods. That being said, after my first session at Thriveworks, I feel reassured that my counselor Lauren will be an excellent guide to help me find my path, and I am looking forward to the rest of my journey that I started at Oaks.
