The customer service is top notch!! I have never been so well taken care of before. Thank you Desiree! Alfred our counselor is really good! He made my husband and I feel comfortable and was always on point and paid attention to everything we said. His advice is great! The practitioner let me spill my trauma for 40 minutes before telling me that she can’t help me and wasting my VA referral. I have to start the multiple weeks long process all over.
Alfred at this location is awesome. We used to meet Alfred at another location and then he moved to Thriveworks which is a 35 min drive for us and its worth it. Our sessions started with Alfred for grieve but has turned into family / life counseling. The environment is comforting. A plus is if you can't go in-person, there are virtual sessions as well.
I personally worked with Sandra Cobb and she was great. I’ve seen her make tremendous progress in a short period of time and cannot recommend her more highly. Her skills to connect with others is unmatched and always made the room light up with smiles even in the most serious of times.
