My first season with Aminata was probably the best therapy session I’ve had in a long time. I felt comfortable, heard and understood. She communicated clearly up front and followed through. The conversation was more organic than my last experience. I appreciated the good energy and safe space provided.
There are not enough words to describe Victoria Moon. I’m so glad that I listened to myself and chose her when I saw her photo. In the short amount of time that we have worked together she has done wonders. She’s easy to talk to and there’s no judgment. She’s given me great coping skills. The admin is heartless and horrible. My therapist is great but this place as a whole is cruel and makes no understanding for things that happen outside of people's control. Money grabbing policy and rude af when making am honest attempt to explain the situation. Whoever I was emailing with rude and dismissive when I was being sincere and making aplea for understanding. I agin love my therapist but will no longer recommend thriveworks as a whole.
The first session was successful for me. I believe I found the perfect counsel that will help guide in the direction I need to go to achieve my personal and professional goals.
This place is a huge scam I paid $220 for my boyfriend to have an hour long consultation to assess what he needs and we never heard anything back all they did was gather basic information and said they would reach out with information on what he needs. They clearly just wasted our time and scammed us out of money: They were contacted several times and did not care to respond. This place does not care about your mental well being ay all.
