My first visit proved to be extremely fulfilling. Letitia was professional while still maintaining a feeling of confidence. Easy to book, and an overall great experience. Lauren is kind, thorough and completely understands all that is going on for me. She has deep compassion but also is gifted at knowing when a little ‘tough love’ is required as well. Consider me a very happy repeat customer who is maximizing the most from my therapy experience.
I hate to even write this because I absolutely love my therapists, I had an individual and a couple therapist. But I had to go in to reschedule an appointment that was almost 2 weeks out and somehow the system changed 2 of my appointments to 2 days away and they have a 48 hour minimum cancellation policy so I called within 1 minute of the changed appointments and one was just under the 48 hour and one just over. My initial meeting with the Thriveworks Therapist is very good. The only reason for a 4 star rating is that I was uder the impression that my initial meeting was supposed to be with a Physchiatrist.
