I hate to even write this because I absolutely love my therapists, I had an individual and a couple therapist. But I had to go in to reschedule an appointment that was almost 2 weeks out and somehow the system changed 2 of my appointments to 2 days away and they have a 48 hour minimum cancellation policy so I called within 1 minute of the changed appointments and one was just under the 48 hour and one just over. Easy to book, and an overall great experience. Lauren is kind, thorough and completely understands all that is going on for me. She has deep compassion but also is gifted at knowing when a little ‘tough love’ is required as well. Consider me a very happy repeat customer who is maximizing the most from my therapy experience.

Canceled my upcoming appointment. When I spoke to the representative at the time I scheduled the appointment, I was quoted a cost of $260 for my intake appointment. However, my insurance was was billed for $345.
Brooke Varma has been involved in the disability community since she was 5 years old helping her 16 year old brother with Downs Syndrome learn how to dial 911 in case of an emergency. Her passion started at an early age and her commitment to make a difference has never wavered.
