I found Cristina Perera through the Thriveworks website. I was so happy to make this connection. Cristina is so warm and supportive. I instantly felt comfortable talking with her. She is very professional and helped me with my problem in just a few sessions. I highly recommend Christina as a wonderful therapist who is so easy to talk to. I’m so glad I found her through this website.
I originally posted a really kind review for this place but I’m coming back to edit it. The doctors and providers are 5 stars, the billing practices of Thriveworks is 0 stars. I am a biller and coder for behavioral health so I know first hand that their billing practices are sketchy. I would avoid this place at all costs. I LOVED thriveworks when I first started going here, so much so that I recommended 3 different people who also went here. And then the bills started coming. Justyna is a very skilled and great Psychotherapist. She is professional but with the correct amount of compassion. She has been teaching me some useful coping skills . I highly recommend Thrive and Justyna as a Psychotherapist.
Janine is very skillful and insightful. In just 3 visits, I have so many new tools to help regulate my emotions. Highly recommend.
Very disappointed with this company and their staff. I spent a decent amount of time on the phone with the customer service rep, discussed the medications I take, and they said they were able to service me and my needs. Fast forward weeks later, as I'm waiting for my appointment and to get my refill, I find out via the waver that they do not supply controlled substances.
