I, by talking to Kathy, can put things better in perspectives. Such as sadness to depression. Sadness is an emotion we all have endured in our life time. Depression is a totally different feeling and one I have fought with different means which only made it worse. It completely takes over every aspect of your being. They cancelled an hour before, and called it an inexplainable technical glitch. I had to call to reschedule and they wanted to fit me in a week later. They transferred me and had to get a new provider. Then when I realized the new provider time wouldn’t work they said they had to “request a waiver” for the 48 hr fee. Why was that even brought up? And then they sent me this review request asking how the appointment went. Haha. What are they doing??
The zoom platform is unreliable. You need to switch to Teams. Both my psychotherapist and psychiatrist and I have issues with dropping, freezing, and bad connection. Zoom is not a reliable venue for this, much less anything else. Trust me. I am an Executive Assistant and have used Skype, Zoom, and Teams, and Teams is the most reliable.
I cannot recommend this group highly enough. The right counselor can make all the difference in the world. Give them a call; you won’t regret it😁
Gina is so personable and takes time to really listen. She has shared some techniques that have helped me deal with my PTSD.
