Let me first state that my therapist Felicia was awesome. I felt Like we were just starting to get to a break through but the cancellation policy is trash. It has to be 48 hours and if it’s after that they do not care of the reasoning. Not to mention the fee is more than the visit itself. As a single mother i cannot Afford to be charged and not be seen. I scheduled an appointment and the therapist never showed up. I was very disappointed. 4-29-18 I called and spoke with multiple people at different offices and I also have emails stating that no money would be taken from my account, as the therapist was not there. I understand emergencies, but there was no follow up. I was unable to document all of the people I spoke with, as I was standing in the rain with my two children. Had the first appointment for my son and so far Emma has been great. She was very clear with her communication and made my son feel comfortable.
Good first session very professional listen to us, added her own personal touches shared a little bit about her things not too much kept it moving even gave us some insight early on so far satisfied
Thriveworks is a big scam all they care about is money . Do not go here if you can get care somewhere else do so. They tell you to cancel your appointment 48 hours before your session but how do you know your going to be sick if it just happens nobody knows their going to be sick. That’s a scam right there.
