One of the best therapists I’ve ever had, I felt comfortable with her almost instantly. She gives it to me straight and doesn’t coddle me, if I’m wrong she’ll tell me straight up. 10/10 absolutely recommend I feel every lucky to have her as my therapist.
My daughter is really enjoying her therapist and is feeling it is time well spent.
Called to reschedule an appointment a day and a half prior to the actual appointment and they charged me $135 for a missed appointment fee. The appointment was rescheduled for literally the next day. But the clinician canceled multiple times the day of because she has a headache. So I give a day and a half notice and she gives a couple hours and I’m getting charged? Seems a little unfair. I will be discontinuing therapy with them! Your card is charged $135 if you don’t cancel at least 48hrs before appt. but the therapist are not held to the same expectations. My therapist canceled 30 mins before my session due to technical Difficulties. I understand things happen but why am I being charged if I have to cancel the day before. No thank you I’ll Be finding another place Pleas stop with the generic replies. I reached out and no resolution as expected! Yall Just care about the money that’s it
