I’ve been working with Rebekah Bailey and Camila Giraldo out of the Greenville, SC office. They have been AMAZING! Both of them truly listened to my issue and quickly came up with a very viable solution that when put into play, solved my long-term issue. I highly recommend Rebekah and Camila, as well as the Thriveworks team for any issues that you may have.
The therapists at thriveworks are top notch! It is not their fault that their intake procedures are the worst ever. You cannot get them on the phone although they send emails claiming you can and suggest calling in. When you make an account you cannot change the pass code. They sent this what they call a magic link. There is no magic about it. The system is deplorable and it’s nearly impossible to create an account to start therapy.
