It was good having someone to talk too. But there billing is sad. I called and told them I didn't have money in my bank that soon as I get payed I will pay my bill. The next day they took out the payment and then I got an overdraft charge. I will not recommend or go back to Thriveworks.
I just started therapy with Thriveworks and I have enjoyed them. It was easy to schedule appointments, the receptionist took the time to match me with a therapist that fit my needs. When I met my therapist Javier, he assured me that I would remain with them throughout my time with therapy. He is very compassionate, empathetic and supportive when I talk about certain issues. I am so incredibly grateful for Javier Fregoso. I have seen a few counselors in my life and feel like I have not made half the progress that I have made with him. I was nervous at first because I wanted a counselor that was a woman, but throughout my entire time seeing him he has made me feel comfortable, safe and not judged. I have worked with Javier Fregoso professionally. He is a wonderful therapist. He truly has a passion for his work. He shows empathy, is nonjudgmental, and is very client focused. He greatly values diversity. I highly recommend Javier to anyone looking for guidance, support, or therapy at any stage in life.
Javier is a compassionate, understanding, and insightful therapist. He provides a sense of calm and safety so you can feel comfortable sharing, and he takes great care to fully hear you. You feel it in your first conversation with him. He is one of my favorite therapists to consult with.
