I tried sondermind first, and their platform has all kinds of technical issues, and I could never get a person on the phone to help fix the issues. Thriveworks, however, there is always someone who answers the phone and they are always helpful. I haven't had a technical issue with them yet. I love my therapist. I feel safe and listened too. She know just how to help me out. Healing is a journey for sure, and you want to do it with someone that is easy to work with. Definitely recommend.
Fantastic first visit for my 9yr old son with Karen Ferguson. She made him feel very comfortable. He opened up and was able to communicate his feelings with her, he even told me after his session he felt good talking. This was his first time doing therapy so he was hesitant but now he is looking forward to talking with her again.
We are very please with our daughter's therapist with Thriveworks. Our 16 year receives virtual therapy and she has gotten very comfortable and with her. We see progress just after 2 months and the schedule is super flexible with working around school hours and pur work schedules. I highly recommend Thriveworks 👌🏾
My visit with my provider was great as always. The issue was I was unable to access my dashboard to link into my appointment. We used a work around to conduct the visit.
Our session was excellent. Deborah was a very good and caring listener and we got some good insights relatively quickly.
