I tried sondermind first, and their platform has all kinds of technical issues, and I could never get a person on the phone to help fix the issues. Thriveworks, however, there is always someone who answers the phone and they are always helpful. I haven't had a technical issue with them yet. I love my therapist. I feel safe and listened too. She know just how to help me out. Healing is a journey for sure, and you want to do it with someone that is easy to work with. Definitely recommend.
If you have health issues and you wind up needing to cancel appointments do not use them these people are vultures they will charge you $135 because you have a health issue so they just love to pour salt in your wounds. They have no soul just don't deal with them.
My counselor gives me great guidance and I was able to pick my own. Finding a Christian counselor was very important to me and doing that on the app was very easy. I felt more comfortable being able to choose a good counselor that matched my needs.
Fantastic first visit for my 9yr old son with Karen Ferguson. She made him feel very comfortable. He opened up and was able to communicate his feelings with her, he even told me after his session he felt good talking. This was his first time doing therapy so he was hesitant but now he is looking forward to talking with her again.
We are very please with our daughter's therapist with Thriveworks. Our 16 year receives virtual therapy and she has gotten very comfortable and with her. We see progress just after 2 months and the schedule is super flexible with working around school hours and pur work schedules. I highly recommend Thriveworks 👌🏾
