Our session was excellent. Deborah was a very good and caring listener and we got some good insights relatively quickly.
My husband and I started couples counseling with a therapist that works from this office. We had a consultation with the therapist, then scheduled our next session. Before the session, my husband was told that there was missing documentation and due to this we couldn't do our next session. I was then charged $135 for missing our session. We called to get this issue resolved. We were told that there was nothing the office could do and that we would have to speak with the therapist. Melissa Bowen is an excellent Therapist and she is highly compassionate and professional. Her wide range of clinical experience is an asset in guiding clients through a wide variety of issues and on to recovery. I have been aware of clients who have driven great distances across the City to participate in Melissa's group therapy sessions.
