I have really enjoyed Camellia over the past 5 months. She’s kind, understanding, and soft on things where needed and still kind when tough things need to be said. It always feels like she’s made an effort to read or recall prior visits, so visits have good starts where this has not always been the case with others I’ve seen.
Pleasant, courteous, excellent introduction, professional knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, explained throughout session. We have started to build a rapport. Very pleased with my session with Yolanda.
I’ve only seen a therapist and psychiatrist once prior to coming to thrive works. I will say so far my experience with thrive works has been a 11/10 and I have felt validated and heard when speaking to my recommended therapist and psychiatrist. For once in my health journey, I feel like I’m actually getting help.
For my daughter’s first visit I scheduled an In-Person visit, because this is what she needs and has requested. On the day of just a few(less than 3) hours before her appointment the therapist, Ericka, sent an email changing it to a Virtual. Very unprofessional. We didn’t know of the change until we were sitting in the lobby waiting and I began to go through my emails. No text or phone call was sent to confirm receipt of the email. Mohammed is a wonderful counselor. I feel so much better after talking to him, which I didn't think would be possible! He is extremely knowledgeable, and very intuitive. highly, highly, highly recommend him!!!!
