For my daughter’s first visit I scheduled an In-Person visit, because this is what she needs and has requested. On the day of just a few(less than 3) hours before her appointment the therapist, Ericka, sent an email changing it to a Virtual. Very unprofessional. We didn’t know of the change until we were sitting in the lobby waiting and I began to go through my emails. No text or phone call was sent to confirm receipt of the email. Madison May is a really good therapist I felt that I connected with her was past experience and being a Christian
Mohammed is a wonderful counselor. I feel so much better after talking to him, which I didn't think would be possible! He is extremely knowledgeable, and very intuitive. highly, highly, highly recommend him!!!!
There was too much frozen time. Shannon had a hard time hearing me when i froze and vice versa. Shannon explained things very well.
