Nicolle Rubino has been working with me for a few weeks so far. So far it has been significantly better than any other therapy ive done. Even after a few sessions I feel like we are making progress. I can feel that there is a plan to tackle my issues and that alone has been really great.
My husband and I were urgently seeking counseling to work through some communication concerns . I was on the zoom call with this particular counsel that was assigned to me and unfortunately it was a complete waster of our time. Kevin is the Perfect Counselor. He is a very good listener, empathetic and understanding. He has a very special gift and am very happy I found him.
Avoid this service. I specifically mentioned my negative issues with religion on my initial appointment, and my therapist continually tried to point me towards going to church or listening to religious songs. Weird. Then I cancelled with her but was rescheduled me within the two day window… clearly attempting to trap me with their outrageous cancellation fees! Didn’t inform me that my copay would be 150$ for each session. Counselor wasn’t very helpful. 600$ later. How is anyone supposed to be mentally well after losing so much money on a crap service ???
