Their counselors and therapist are great but if your not on Medicaid and have a copay expect to be charged 45 everyone a day before or the day of your appt. Then charged your regular copay on top of that 45$ charge . For every appt scheduled. I had an appt on Monday 45$ after appt 15$ so 60 it cost for each appt. My son had appt same week same charges. Scheduling center did not care what kind of therapist I had as long as they got the first one booked; ie., location, personal needs, therapist preference, etc... Their cancellation policy is outrageously unreasonable! I have to notify them within 48 hours while my therapist called me an hour before an appointment and canceled on me while I was on the way.
The call center is unhelpful to say the least... the woman who picked up the phone gave me the run around when all I was asking for was simple...telling me she can't inform me when a facility can open...for hypaa reasons. She then trys to sell me on therapy... unprofessional.
My first appointment went well. I’ve had two more since, but don’t wish to continue…… at this time. 13 April 2024 Cheryl Moreno
