SCAM!! Please Don't Trust! This Place Really Let Us Down! My daughter is on psychosis medications, I felt she needed someone to talk to. Thriveworks was the soonest place I could get an appointment. I was so appreciative. A lady even spoke with my daughter to get a sense of urgency before scheduling. They asked for my card number BuT that I wouldn't be billed until next week. Appointment day comes 9/5/24, we set up our laptop for Zoom meeting, logged in 10 min early which was 10 till 5. My daughter starts having the worst p... read more
I started off by accidentally booking the wrong kind of appointment and was emailed and then I called to fix it and it was a very easy process. I didnt think online therapy would work but its been great! We get just enough reminders! not too little and not too many from Thriveworks. ms. Ashley is so kind and understanding definitely makes us feel heard which is just what people need! She feels like a part of our family. 🫶🏼
Roberta is great and look forward to working with her. She is very understanding and seems to be very interested in helping us strengthen our communications skills and help us improve ourselves which, will improve our relationship going forward.
John Joslin is super informative and made me feel comfortable. I started off very anxious never having counseling but relieved after the first session. Definitely recommend!
I worked with a therapist for a couple of weeks and finally received one resource after asking for ANYTHING to help with communication. I was sent a Blocked Youtube video. I tried to get my meeting notes and had to go through a call center that told me it would take them about 2 weeks to get them to me. I did not get the therapy I needed or any resources to help. I would not recommend going through Thriveworks.
