John Joslin is super informative and made me feel comfortable. I started off very anxious never having counseling but relieved after the first session. Definitely recommend!
Everything has been great, but there are some things that I don't agree with the counselor. On a scale from 1 to 10. I would give her a 10 on the service (infomation) that she had provided to me. I would give her a 4 on the way she comunicated it to me.
Ed was very understanding, specific and thorough in his interview with me...he pays attention to details and I feel confident he will be able to help me with my issues.
I worked with a therapist for a couple of weeks and finally received one resource after asking for ANYTHING to help with communication. I was sent a Blocked Youtube video. I tried to get my meeting notes and had to go through a call center that told me it would take them about 2 weeks to get them to me. I did not get the therapy I needed or any resources to help. I would not recommend going through Thriveworks.
We just set the ground work with questions about my concerns, me, and my past. I felt comfortable with the counselor.
