TL;DR - Jackie did zero prep for my session and I ended up asking the questions for the better part of the hour, then we ended 15 minutes early. I had two appointments with Jacqueline before I decided to end my treatment. I know usually patients are supposed to stick with treatment for longer before making that call, but even after two sessions I could tell my money and time were being wasted. Whatever you do, don’t go here. We cancelled with over 24 hours notice and they are charging me $135 OUT OF POCKET, yet they can cancel 15 minutes prior to an appointment and there is no problem (text message shows them cancelling at 1:44pm, appointment was at 2:00pm). Because I was desperate to get my kid into a counseling program ASAP, I agreed to their ridiculous terms, not entirely understanding how unrealistic their policy is until I needed to cancel due to a family emergency (family has chicken pox) Withdrew my daught... read more

This is a great place, she is super friendly and inviting. Easy to talk to also.
Two thumbs all the way down. The first two of four sessions were canceled by the counselor. Then, we needed to modify the schedule, and yet another appointment was mistakenly canceled. Their website is a joke as I've created a login multiple times, but it still will not remember my info in order to access my account online. I've emailed twice for a billing statement but have not received a response.
