Whatever you do, don’t go here. We cancelled with over 24 hours notice and they are charging me $135 OUT OF POCKET, yet they can cancel 15 minutes prior to an appointment and there is no problem (text message shows them cancelling at 1:44pm, appointment was at 2:00pm). When I signed up I was told I didn’t have to pay a co-pay because whatever medicare doesn’t pay my medicaid will. They said they will not charge my account. That information was incorrect. They started charging my account for my co-pay. I called to complain because I was misinformed. They said they will reimburse my money since I was misinformed. Then they take the money back and here I am still the phone with them trying to get my money back, that they said they wouldn’t be taking. Not a happy customer…

Lillian is a wonderful therapist. She is empathetic, warm, and listens to her patients. She also holds herself to high ethical standards and is very knowledgeable of regulations and rules governing her work.
