I have known Debra Honig for over 20 years. When I was having difficulty with my son at a young age, she was very helpful and insightful, offering many helpful suggestions and support. She is an excellent listener and non- judgmental . Debra shows empathy and enjoys helping families who are struggling . She is an excellent therapist who truly cares about her clients and their families.

It is stressful as a parent when your child is having a hard time emotionally. Choosing someone for them to talk to was confusing. Hopefully, other parents in this same situation can find a knowledgeable, experienced therapist like Debra Honig, who understands how to connect with kids, and draw out how they feel through art, play, games, storytelling, so they can feel validated and grow skills to adapt. Debra does this with humor, patience and empathy. I highly recommend her child therapy services.

Debra is welcoming and supportive towards everyone she interacts with. I hope more parents find her to help their children. There is a shortage of good counselors and Debra is a great find!
