I have recently became a patient of Mary’s Babehis. In such a short amount of time she has really put forth a lot of effort to help me thrive during a difficult time. I feel she has gone above and beyond thus far and out of her way with small tips to help me through certain tasks. Mary has a very special gift and if you need to reach out to someone I highly recommend her services.

I had the opportunity of meeting Dr. Frederick Smith a few years ago. In meeting Dr. Smith I encountered his love for his work as well as people!! He is so determined in helping others in whatever area they need help.! Dr. Smith is a well rounded spiritual young man as well. He loves God and he shows it while using the talent he was given. I am so glad I got to meet such a great young man!
Dr. Frederick A Smith is an excellent Psychologist who is dedicated to his clients. He provides excellent care and uses evidence based approaches when providing care. He assisted me with reducing my anxiety by providing mindfulness meditation and progressive muscle relaxation. This technique helped me tremendously with managing my anxiety. Thanks Dr Smith
