My husband and I have been so happy with our therapist. Only been going a few weeks, but she’s very understanding and helpful so far.
I went to Shannan H. with Thriveworks because my insurance was taken here. This was a HUGE mistake. She does not listen to her clients thoughts and feelings. She tried to tell me that I wasn’t anxious or depressed, although I was definitely feeling both. I decided to go back to my previous Dr. and pay out of pocket, because they at least knew what they were doing and listened. I regret ever going to Thriveworks. Dr. Frederick Smith is a great clinical Psychologist. A great listener. He is trustworthy and very compassionate towards his clients. Dr. Smith is results oriented. He has helped me to grow tremendously in my life. He is also very professional!

I had the opportunity of meeting Dr. Frederick Smith a few years ago. In meeting Dr. Smith I encountered his love for his work as well as people!! He is so determined in helping others in whatever area they need help.! Dr. Smith is a well rounded spiritual young man as well. He loves God and he shows it while using the talent he was given. I am so glad I got to meet such a great young man!
