Confirmed with my insurance that Thriveworks took our insurance prior to any appointment. Then confirmed with Thriveworks they accept our insurance so we would only have a small co-pay. THEN THRIVEWORKS ASSIGNED A THERAPIST THROUGH THEM THAT DID NOT TAKE OUR INSURANCE! Thriveworks keeps telling me they will fix this exorbitant bill they are sending BUT HAVE NOT DONE SO! TOTAL BAIT & SWITCH!!
Melissa is not only a lovely person that I took to right away but she is empathic as she tries to help me navigate the tough road I am on. I am so grateful to have her to turn to for suggestions, concepts and comfort that someone is there. She digs deep and asks thought provoking questions. HOWEVER I have to stop seeing her because Thriveworks lied to me and said they accept my Insurance and WOULD NOT bill me, They are charging my Visa card different amounts each time and REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY until they get paid by... read more
Pamela is amazing! She helped me through a traumatic incident and massive loss. Then very difficult family dynamics. I've been seeing her for awhile and she continues to help me when new things arise. She's great to have in your corner when life gets complicated or challenging. I feel very supported by her and highly recommend her!!
Pamela helped my boyfriend and I through a pretty rough patch. Without her guidance, insight and thoughful collaboration, I doubt we would still be together. Pamela is a wonderful therapist and we continue to see her, despite being past the crisis!
