I’m going to be a little vulgar in why this is a 1 star. I love my therapist but frankly Thriveworks wouldn’t care if you called them and told them you were ready to leave this world permanently if you’re behind on payment. The 135 no show fee is predatory and even with the explanation of being sick no grace is given. I’m a mother to a toddler so anything can happen within 48 hours. Then in the midst of struggles with billing my psychiatrist couldn’t see me or wouldn’t even fix my medicine even though I told them I was strug... read more

I possibly would have given this more stars but I am pretty much appalled by the missed appointment/ cancellation fee. I think $135 is way too much. I understand cancellations are a hassle but when the doctor doesn't even call you for the appointment on the day of the online visit. Plus the window for cancellation is too big 48 hours. I think they are taking advantage of the mental health patients. We are coming to you for help, we are already swamped with an overwhelming life some of us can t remember what day it is least ... read more

The chat person, Kenneth B., is not good at his job. It was like walking in circles. I say: I've been trying to reach out to the person I was seeing. Then I ask for the psychiatrist's name that my provider mentioned, stating I knew they worked closely together and that it was a female, and could he provide a name, to which he said: "There is... read more

she's very attentive and makes me feel more at ease concerning my issues; she's helping me see that there's light at the end of the tunnel.

I felt comfortable immediately with my therapist. She was caring, compassionate and friendly. The Zoom session connected easily and I had a good video image the entire time. Only thing I wish is sessions could be longer lol! I could have talked to her for another hour! It was very easy to register with Thriveworks. Emails for appointment reminder, forms to be electronically signed and my therapist sent me an email with her information. I definitely recommend Thriveworks for mental health care. Cindy
