I’ve tried the carrot, I’ve tried the stick. Because the people who own Thriveworks do not speak English as their primary language they are not responsive to the psychological needs of their clients. I had a pleasant experience. The office was clean, quiet. My therapist was professional, courteous and pleasant to talk to.
I’m going to be a little vulgar in why this is a 1 star. I love my therapist but frankly Thriveworks wouldn’t care if you called them and told them you were ready to leave this world permanently if you’re behind on payment. The 135 no show fee is predatory and even with the explanation of being sick no grace is given. I’m a mother to a toddler so anything can happen within 48 hours. Then in the midst of struggles with billing my psychiatrist couldn’t see me or wouldn’t even fix my medicine even though I told them I was strug... read more
I'm not even a client...I'm trying to get some help with my anger, anxiety hypersensitivity and depression, but these reviews prove that I shouldn't even waste my time. I have an understanding of what my issues are, but to control them emotionally has me in a complete hamster wheel, to express my thoughts would be the worst thing....I hope no one was pushed to committed suicide trying to receive help
