Session with Dr. Busch was very helpful. She demonstrated keen insight into my issues and provided meaningful feedback. She confirmed that the prescription regimen I have been applying is suitable for my needs and agreed it would be beneficial to continue for the time being. Although she mentioned she would follow up with an email so I could contact her when I would need assistance in ending the use of prescriptions, I have not received that as yet. No photos to add.
I logged in at 10 to 10:00am my appointment time, and nothing happened. Nobody was there I stayed on for about 15 minutes thinking he was late nothing. I put it in my calendar for what time it was and what day so I know I had the right day and the right time. Maybe if there was an issue they should have messaged me or called me and said he wasn't going to be there or I was going to be seeing somebody else. My sessions with Andrea are great. She somehow makes me understand that I need to give myself some grace and I always feel better after my sessions with her.
It is so helpful to speak to someone who understands what my feelings are and offers some things I can try to do to help my issues. I fell very comfortable talking to Deborah and my family and I feel therapy is helping me to feel less anxious and depressed. I look forward to my sessions with Deborah weekly.
⭐☆☆☆☆ If I could give zero stars, I would. Thriveworks was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a healthcare provider. Communication is practically nonexistent & calls go unanswered, messages are ignored, and trying to get any kind of support feels like shouting into the void. The therapists I encountered seemed completely disengaged and lacked any genuine care or investment.
