⸻ Therapy Session Review: I really appreciated this session. My therapist, Marsha, didn’t sugarcoat anything, which I value deeply. She was honest and direct while still being compassionate, helping me see things from a clearer and more realistic perspective. It wasn’t all easy to hear, but it was exactly what I needed to make progress. I left the session feeling understood, supported, and motivated to keep working on myself. ⸻
They cancelled an appountment less than 1 hr before with no reasoning why. I asked for a call and sent several emails. All I ever got was generic emails back saying someone would call me. After my 4th email I realized how little they care about new clients families and apparently their own business. If cluents cancel in less than 24 hrs before and appointment they get billed $135. IF a therapist cancels they simply dont care.
Tyler Burt has been amazing in my growth as an individual , it has been a great experience booking appointments and rescheduling if need be. I enjoy my time it’s never rushed and if a thought goes past time , the thought is allowed to be finish before the end of session .
This was only my first visit with Desiree and everything went well and another visit was scheduled. She was pretty much trying to get an idea of all I’ve been dealing with on this visit. Can give a more accurate rating as we work together. I was satisfied though. 6/5/25 meeting was very good and Desiree helped me to feel a lot better! 😌 7/24/25 months Each visit is great and I feel so much better when session ends
Briana Ochuida is an extremely professional and knowledgeable couples' therapist. She is transparent, skillful, and genuine in the way she has helped my boyfriend and I through our sessions. Additionally, this Thriveworks location is quiet and calm in an even quieter and calmer neighborhood. I highly recommend coming here for therapy.
