I had a great experience with my video visit. The doctor was very professional, caring, and took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I felt heard and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this doctor to others!
My therapist has been a godsend for me. She was matched up to my needs and Thrive couldn't have chosen a better match. Knowledgeable, responsive and empathetic. My sessions with my therapist have made such a difference for me. Truly appreciate the service and look forward to my sessions with my therapist eagerly.
Session with Dr. Busch was very helpful. She demonstrated keen insight into my issues and provided meaningful feedback. She confirmed that the prescription regimen I have been applying is suitable for my needs and agreed it would be beneficial to continue for the time being. Although she mentioned she would follow up with an email so I could contact her when I would need assistance in ending the use of prescriptions, I have not received that as yet. No photos to add.
It is so helpful to speak to someone who understands what my feelings are and offers some things I can try to do to help my issues. I fell very comfortable talking to Deborah and my family and I feel therapy is helping me to feel less anxious and depressed. I look forward to my sessions with Deborah weekly.
I logged in at 10 to 10:00am my appointment time, and nothing happened. Nobody was there I stayed on for about 15 minutes thinking he was late nothing. I put it in my calendar for what time it was and what day so I know I had the right day and the right time. Maybe if there was an issue they should have messaged me or called me and said he wasn't going to be there or I was going to be seeing somebody else.
