This review is for Vanessa Garcia. Out of all the thriveworks representatives I spoke to about sending medical records, she was the ONLY one that would listen to me and help me out with my problem. She had my records in my inbox within minutes while every other representative told me it would be 2-4 weeks. Thank you so much Vanessa!!!
Will never use again. Therapist was awesome but they charge every week 200-300$ . And if you want to cancel your child has to cancel even if the parent is paying for it. So ridiculous I was charged for sessions that never happened. Stay away!!!!!!
