Rebeccah has been really helpful to me in just two sessions so far. She is kind, knowledgeable, and a good communicator. She has provided me with some ideas that have already made a difference for me in my daily life. Breaking things down and providing practical ideas is a real strength for her. I also appreciate the information she sent me to provide more tools to make my life better and learn more on my own. I’m grateful that when I was looking for a therapist, I found her.
Best experience, most useful and productive therapy I have ever had. I attempted therapy a few times in the past but didn't have results and it made me give up early on because I felt lost.My experience at Thriveworks has been so insightful and I am learning so much about myself.
Peggy was very professional and diplomatic. She did a wonderful intake to get our background in history and discuss concerns. She let us speak freely and gave us the entire appointment time with a reminder of the time towards the end. We had a wonderful, productive and effective session.
I have Anthem insurance. My insurance is “accepted” here BUT my claims were denied. I reached out to the billing department to find out why but didn’t get any answers. My deductible has already been met and I’m apparently in network. Thriveworks sent me a bill for my latest visit, stating I owe $170. Without further communication, they took the payment from my card on file, immediately, without authorization. Be careful with this place, I recommend going anywhere else!!
Let me just say that,I see Becky Caione. She's absolutely amazing! She is honest, upfront, Respectful and very Polite as well. She's very professional but,she also take your feelings and thoughts into consideration.She gives great feed back,and she actually listens to your concerns,and helps you come up with a plan to address the issues at hand. Great Place, Positive vibes, Awesome environment.
