My daughter's new therapist cancelled 30 minutes prior to the appointment via email because some paper wasn't signed that could have been signed when we arrived. This is the second time in a row she has cancelled an appointment, same day via email. My daughter desperately needs to see someone and this makes her feel very unprioritized and it makes me feel rather pissed off because if I were to cancel like that, id get charged money i don't even have. We were able to get our first appointment within 48 hours. Brad was very professional and was able to target a major problem in our marriage in the first session. My husband and I both pleases with our first session and have already scheduled our second session.
Amy did not show for our 1:00pm appointment (zoom). I waited in front of my computer until 1:45. Did not ever have any advanced communication from her. Called into ThriveWorks to report this incident. Having severe anxiety and depression this was this was the last thing I needed coming from the person is supposed to be helping me.
Amy did not show for zoom meeting. I waited 35 min, called thrive works and cancelled all future appointments. Had no communication that the meeting was cancelled or needed to be moved. Awful feeling to be no showed by a professional, especially since I would have been charged $135 no show fee if I had done the same. No respect for time or how this could make someone feel.
I like Pamela alot. Her personality feels comfortable to me. I think will make progress under her care. I'm looking forward to working with her.
