Overall, the therapists they have are average. I will say 3-4 stars. It is easy to make an appointment over the phone and agents are very nice and work fast (except for the billing department). I am going there for couple therapy and I'll update my review if anything changes. IMPORTANT Tip: Say you do not allow them to charge you for anything but your insurance copay and tell them you'll file a formal complaint with your insurance if they insist. Dr. Brener has a kind heart, she has created a safe space for me to speak freely, and I feel heard and understood when in her present. She challenges me, while still being gentle, and allowing me to work at my own pace.
Don’t trust this company. They messed up my wife’s bill by not letting her know that the doctore they set her up with wasn’t in her network; then attempted to charge the card by over 135%. Their manager never answered her requests for help, never called back as promised; in addition, the assistant Max was extremely unprofessional, very unpleasant, rude, unhelpful and is a liar.
Dr.Brener has a genuinely good heart for her patient's. Always making sure they feel comfortable and feel like they getting the help they need!
