Interacting with the administration team has been an absolute nightmare. I have a benefit at work that will allow my husband to also make use of the therapeutic practice. I have tried for over 3 weeks to just successfully get them to interact with my husband so he can begin the paperwork to align with my benefit. Excellent in every respect: I was able to find a therapist that I connected with, the online platform is easy to use, and the process for receiving billing statements that I submit to my insurance has been very easy. I would definitely recommend this service.
Dr. Rhiannon is wonderful! Megan, the office manager is kind and helpful and was able to get me an appointment as a new patient within a week. Amazing! I highly recommend the Thriving Center.
