I feel heard and understood. I feel like I have gained some new tools to help me cope on my own.
Dr. Meera gave me some good feedback at times. However, I don't feel like she always respected my experiences as someone with Asperger's Syndrome. I didn't find her help supportive and found myself masking and hiding my struggles in later sessions to protect myself from Dr. Meera's judgement.
