From the moment I walked in Sibel made me feel like I was the only patient there. This is consistent every time I visit TNUC. Sibel is attentive and always makes sure patients are taken in immediately. She is great for this business. Dr. K is my absolute favorite Dr. Whether he’s caring for me, my dad or my son he always delivers the best service. The place is impeccable. The staff is friendly and always fast. And they always fix me and my family. ♥️

Hi Will not recommend, appointment was booked for 1:30pm, it was not crazy busy still I waited in waiting area for 1 hour then waited in room for 1 hour. Waiting room and check up does not have enough chairs so patient can sit and wait very disappointing.

So as we speak I had a 1:35pm appointment. The ladies upfront were kind and helpful as they usually are when I get here. I was put in a room at 1:45pm, seen by the medical assistant at 2pm and as of right now I still have not seen the doctor. Pre-covid they were amazing however not so much now. As kind as they are it does not mask poor service. I have been to several urgent cares including this one. I have near spent this much time waiting at walk in urgent cares. I absolutely love this clinic! Scheduling an appointment on their website actually works. They often have the availability that I’ve needed, easy to book, and prompt confirmation via text/email. The staff are friendly and professional. The facility is always clean. I’ve been seen and treated promptly. I’m always happy to come back here when needed. The front desk was very polite explained the Dr was in traffic he came in shortly the assistant was very pleasant with my dad and the doctor was extremely kind and personable . It was for a PCR test but treated my dad with the utmost respect . I have used them in the past . Would recommended them to family and friends . Place is nice and clean and neat. Great coffee Bustello .
