From the moment I walked in Sibel made me feel like I was the only patient there. This is consistent every time I visit TNUC. Sibel is attentive and always makes sure patients are taken in immediately. She is great for this business. Dr. K is my absolute favorite Dr. Whether he’s caring for me, my dad or my son he always delivers the best service. The place is impeccable. The staff is friendly and always fast. And they always fix me and my family. ♥️
Hi Will not recommend, appointment was booked for 1:30pm, it was not crazy busy still I waited in waiting area for 1 hour then waited in room for 1 hour. Waiting room and check up does not have enough chairs so patient can sit and wait very disappointing.
So as we speak I had a 1:35pm appointment. The ladies upfront were kind and helpful as they usually are when I get here. I was put in a room at 1:45pm, seen by the medical assistant at 2pm and as of right now I still have not seen the doctor. Pre-covid they were amazing however not so much now. As kind as they are it does not mask poor service. I have been to several urgent cares including this one. I have near spent this much time waiting at walk in urgent cares. The Facility is About Average and the care I've received is given with the highest levels of professionalism. The P.T Department and the staff are phenomenal. Cyd Snyder is a member of the team and the Consummate professional. Her ability to motivate me create an aire of Understanding is the best approach to the situation that I'm currently facing. Extremely clean office. Super helpful staff. Sibel is who took my vitals and calmed me down as I get extremely anxious with doctors. Made me feel so much better. Dr. K was excellent! Also calmed me down and took very well care of me, and even got a lollipop! Lol.
