Wow - I cannot express how disappointing this experience was and how strongly I cannot warn people to stay away from using this company - there are so many other options out there. We remodeled our bathroom and this was by far the most frustrating part of the process, not to mention most expensive single component. Emily, the interior designer is excellent. I called the store and she immediately fielded my questions and provided me with 2 estimates for kitchen cabinet lines based off my architects plans. She met with me on two occasions to look over the products, answered my gazillion questions about cabinet construction and lended me samples to take home. I ended up going with another line not carried by Thurston but felt that they provide great customer service. Ask for Emily if you visit!
We just completed our kitchen from Thurston Kitchen & Bath, and we couldn’t be happier! Tamar was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, very patient, offered some fantastic suggestions in designing the kitchen, and she followed up throughout the entire process. Quality cabinets at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!!
I am very impressed with Thurston Kitchen and Bath. As a contractor I appreciate their immaculate attention to detail, excellent designs, and my clients and I enjoy working with their designers. We have installed their cabinetry and appliances on numerous projects and I have yet to be disappointed. Thank you.
Do not use Kitchens at the Denver. Kitchens at the Denver did cabinets and appliances for our kitchen remodel. They promised us they could do the remodel in eight weeks – but it took them sixteen weeks to finally get all the original cabinets and appliances in. They repeatedly ordered the wrong parts. The installers they used mis-cut our granite countertop, and improperly installed almost every appliance. At no time did they apologize or offer any discount. The customer service was atrocious!
