I got my dental implant done by Dr. Pan and Bonnie. They were gentle, super amazing and kind. It wasn’t painful at all. It was such a journey getting it done, took about 5-6 appointments but I’m very happy with the outcome! Even the receptionists are very nice. Would recommend 10/10 !
Very professional but also personable. Will try to get you in as soon as possible. Offer other options as to procedures. Always feel you are the priority. No rushing. Great experience always.
Amazing experience thus far and super professional staff! I am feeling like I will be in excellent hands for my first and hopefully only implant. :) Got my surgery done on Friday and I can only say the best things about Dr. Trac and the rest of his Team. Mel B was so good with the cleaning that I fell asleep in the chair. Between the TV and the slight hum of the machine she worked diligently without any pain to ensure my teeth were healthy and well. Thank you TI! You have a great hygienist on your hands!
Welcomed with a smile by Bonnie who led me to the dental chair. We had a great conversation before Dr. Trac came in. I felt no discomfort at anytime during the procedure and was very grateful for his skill.
