Only 2 stars because they managed to get the paperwork done the last day of closing. Expect to have any paperwork sent here to sit on a desk for 3 to 5 days before they sign and send it off. But magically if your bank calls them and tells them to get on it they can fax the paperwork in 20 minutes. Went into the office and talked to the boss lady and she just told me to figure out something else if I miss closing because of their delays.
Very friendly people, I've had to visit there a few times since I bought my house in Coquille in regards to an easement across my property. Last time I arrived there they had already printed my documents and had them waiting for me.
Everyone we interacted with here was awful to work with. They were rude, unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. We used them because we had no other local options, but in the future I would use an online title service instead. Cheaper and less hassle. Please avoid this company if you can!
