All these 5-star reviews must be a joke or reviews they paid people to write. During my closing process, Ticor (the escrow agent being Mark) I was told I would need to cough up an additional $590 so that they could send a check to Klarna to pay off a pay-in-4 loan that I had out at the time of my closing (even though I advised I could pay this off in my own funds that very day). Since then, the check has vanished into thin air and has never been returned by mail and has not posted to my (now paid in full) account. Since then... read more
Ticor Title is absolutely WONDERFUL! The whole crew there in St. Helens has been a dream to work with, and their kindness and knowledge has blown me away! I always feel welcomed in with open arms when I'm there, and I've always felt that my questions have been truly listened to, and answered in a way I'm able to understand. Jessie Bode has been amazing to sit and talk with and learn from. Mark Jaraba is an excellent source of knowledge. Karson, Mandi, and Tammy have all been so kind and welcoming/helpful, and Ronda is a grea... read more
I want to give a Big Shout out to Sy Hendricksen and her Team for a Wonderful Job on our last Transaction!! It seems the smaller the job the more work and issues there are! You all handled it with such professionalism and patience!! YOU ARE THE BEST!! Susie Wilson Oregon First
Used these guys three times in the last three years. I have had experience with two other title companies. Ticor and this office are the best. Jacquie and her team are everything you expect and more. Highly recommend.
Professional and friendly, beware as some unasked for "I' ve been doing this for over 20 years" turned out not to be correct, so before you change the amount of your check, double check with your broker. Although we'll intentioned it was a great lesson for us so I am passing it along. We would still use them again, just Pay attention and be vigilant, YOU are your own best advocate so if it doesn't seem right, double and triple check. This is a huge investment and even an extra $1,000 is a big deal.
