If I could go any lower then one star I would, due to the incompetence of them not knowing how to do they’re job, they costed some close friends of mine a lot their of time and money, Ticor Title sent emails to the wrong email for months and never checked in with the Realtor or sellers to get payoffs. As a result payoffs were ordered on the day of scheduled signing, and not by the escrow officer but by the seller. This delayed signing, which delayed closing, costing the seller thousands of dollars.
