This is the first time I had Ticor Title in a transaction. The listing agent of the property my buyers were purchasing recommended them. This title company took so long, that I almost lost my rate. The only reason it closed on time, is that my agent called the parent company and got the greenlight to do the paperwork herself. They didn't even secure the title of my house. The lot lines are not right. They told me they couldn't decide on the lot lines and couldn't be sure. It was my first purchase. No help at all. Do not replay on my phone calls and emails. Lisa Tuckman, a person who was in charged for my closing is absolutly unprofessional. It's almost a month how deal is closed and there are a bunch of unresolved issues. No one from their stuff tried to help. Avoid this agency if you want to save your time and money.

Thank you for making this transaction so smooth for my seller as this was a very difficult time for the family. Brandi Jensen and her team were amazing, as my seller didn’t have a computer or a cell phone, and we even closed on time.
