Working with Ticor Title was a great experience. I recently partnered with them on a refinance for a client who had originally purchased his first home with me and I wanted to ensure he received an excellent experience from start to finish. As a loan officer, I appreciate working with partners who genuinely care about customer service and attention to detail. I look forward to working with Ticor Title again and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable title and escrow company.
My experience with Ticor Title for closing my last 3 homes, the most recent in Hillsboro, has always been great. This Hillsboro team however, beginning with Dodie Schmaltz and extending out to every single person who helped us, is extraordinary. Their knowledge, attentiveness, promptness, professionalism and warmth are unbeatable. They made this already exciting home purchase so much more enjoyable. So very grateful to this team! 😊
Ticor is a pleasure to work with. They were great communicators and we had a smooth transaction. Thanks Micaela & Rochelle!
Rochelle was AWESOME! She helped me sell my manufactured home and answered all my questions. She’s such a great escrow officer in Portland metro, I would highly recommend!
Maddison and Micaela make the dynamic Duo! Would recommend my clients and colleagues to them both.
