Appreciate them taking care of me. As a former general manager of a car wash I can appreciate his attentiveness to my concern. It was busy and my tire shine didn’t apply right the first time: so they gave me a rewash and made it right. Lot was clean and towels were full. Air guns worked good as well. Thanks for being great.
Best car wash i've ever been too. I always appreciate so much how the staff tries to clean up some of the harder spots on my vehicle before going through the wash. Also having the convenience of the air for tired and the vacuum, it's such a bonus!
I took my car through the wash on Mother’s Day. First, I thought it was way over priced but I went ahead and got the wash anyways. Second, when I arrived at my destination five minutes later I got out to inspect the car and discovered it hadn’t gotten cleaned at all and instead of just having dirt and bugs all over it, it was also covered in blue soap that hadn’t washed off properly. Usually this place has been outstanding. But if I arrive between 3pm and closing, the towels, and glass cleaner are empty. I watched an employee take a hand full of dirty towels out of the basket and throw them into the clean towel dispenser. That’s just management in the evening failing to keep an eye on things. The wash is great. It’s the extras that are in need of work. You can easily fix this.
I have come here 3 times now, Saturday being the most recent. I usually get the $17 wash package but this time I went with the $26 Ceramic Sea Glass. When I got home, I discovered that there were white spots everywhere that weren’t rinsed/scrubbed off. I had to take a microfiber cloth and wipe down my whole car to get them off.
