I have come here 3 times now, Saturday being the most recent. I usually get the $17 wash package but this time I went with the $26 Ceramic Sea Glass. When I got home, I discovered that there were white spots everywhere that weren’t rinsed/scrubbed off. I had to take a microfiber cloth and wipe down my whole car to get them off. The customer service here was above and beyond! My first ever time here I got a basic wash and asked about vacuuming, the lady was very friendly and helpful saying it’s free and to swing around after the wash. I was vacuuming my car and was an idiot, and locked myself out of my car. All of the staff were wonderful, they called someone to help get my car opened up. This wash was amazing! Me and my husband are on vacation and went to it on Thursday. The two girls scrubbed the front for the bugs. The guy scrubbed the sides and back. They were outstanding and we appreciated it so much! Thank you for giving us such a great experience!
I had the best experience with Emily. I was having some trouble getting my antenna back on, due to my Parkinson’s. She stopped what she was doing as soon as she saw me struggling, and asked if I needed help. She was so very kind to get my antenna back on, and asked if there was anything else that she could help me with. I’ll definitely be back!
The wash is great and you can't beat free vacuum service. The staff is friendly and I love that I have the Graph X4 membership. The literal only thing I wish was provided was a machine to run my floor mats through instead of having to have a staff member clean them off manually even tho I am very appreciative they do each time I go. Oh. And please put a vending machine for customers to grab a snack or a drink. Also if you do a vending machine for air fresheners/ leather wipes for us who have leather seats.
