This ladies and gentlemen, is by far THE BEST location we've visited yet. He travels for work, so we been to several locations. Usually other the ones do a semi decent job.. THIS one though 🤩 daaaaamn! When I tell you I was thoroughly impressed.. it's meant! Violet was this woman's name. Yaaaaalll 😍 she brought out a bug scrubbie for the front and mirrors! Not one single location so far has done this! Most of the time they just drape a big mop across those places. Violet..... giiiirrrrl high five! You're the G.O.A.T.
Huge praise for the Assistant Manager, Violet! I had a super complicated situation today and she handled it with pure grace, patience, and genuine compassion. She went way above and beyond to look out for me. Tidal Wave Auto Spa is incredibly lucky to have someone of her caliber running the show. People like her make a business go a long way. 10/10 service!
Amazing car wash! I appreciate the attention to detail many practice while washing a car. The service is friendly, many convenience options are available to keep the outside and inside of your car clean, and clean scenery.
OMG VIOLET AND GABBY AMAZINGGG! When I say I’ve been to a lot of tidal waves, I have been to a lot. These girls care about their jobs. They actually pre washed my car like they are supposed to! Got all the dirt and bugs off my car before my wash! When I go to other tidal waves they barely even touch my truck with the brush, and I can tell they could care a less about their job, but VIOLET AND GABBY NEED A RAISE! Wish they was working in Morgantown (that’s where I’m from) because I’d be there 3 times a week!🫶
Highly recommend. I have been to numerous other Tidal Wave Auto Spas, but NONE have done the job that they call "standard" at this location. Violet and Casey do an outstanding job preping you vehicle for the wash. They do a better job just on the prewash than some other locations do on the Whole wash. Again ,I can't say enough about Violet and Casey. Unfortunately, if neither of one of these two are on the job, the vehicle usually just gets the Very bare minimum preclean.
