This ladies and gentlemen, is by far THE BEST location we've visited yet. He travels for work, so we been to several locations. Usually other the ones do a semi decent job.. THIS one though 🤩 daaaaamn! When I tell you I was thoroughly impressed.. it's meant! Violet was this woman's name. Yaaaaalll 😍 she brought out a bug scrubbie for the front and mirrors! Not one single location so far has done this! Most of the time they just drape a big mop across those places. Violet..... giiiirrrrl high five! You're the G.O.A.T.

Huge praise for the Assistant Manager, Violet! I had a super complicated situation today and she handled it with pure grace, patience, and genuine compassion. She went way above and beyond to look out for me. Tidal Wave Auto Spa is incredibly lucky to have someone of her caliber running the show. People like her make a business go a long way. 10/10 service!

OMG VIOLET AND GABBY AMAZINGGG! When I say I’ve been to a lot of tidal waves, I have been to a lot. These girls care about their jobs. They actually pre washed my car like they are supposed to! Got all the dirt and bugs off my car before my wash! When I go to other tidal waves they barely even touch my truck with the brush, and I can tell they could care a less about their job, but VIOLET AND GABBY NEED A RAISE! Wish they was working in Morgantown (that’s where I’m from) because I’d be there 3 times a week!🫶

I can’t believe I even have to write this, but this place seriously disappointed me. I stopped by to take a shower thinking I could at least rinse off quickly, and the staff flat-out refused to let me use the car wash for that purpose. Instead of being even a little understanding or offering any kind of alternative, they were dismissive and acted like I was completely out of line for even asking. I had an excellent experience at Tidal Wave and had to share it! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with a smile and got to work right away. I opted for the full wash, and they exceeded my expectations. My car looked spotless. The exterior shine was flawless, and they took extra care with the wheels and tires, which often get missed at other places. The attention to detail really stood out.
