Highly recommend. I have been to numerous other Tidal Wave Auto Spas, but NONE have done the job that they call "standard" at this location. Violet,Ryan and Casey do an outstanding job preping you vehicle for the wash. They do a better job just on the prewash than some other locations do on the Whole wash. Again ,I can't say enough about the Parkersburg location. Great job. Thanks for the quality work. The people truly are the difference.
I had an excellent experience at Tidal Wave and had to share it! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with a smile and got to work right away. I opted for the full wash, and they exceeded my expectations. My car looked spotless. Always makes my Ruby shine regardless if i have my black wheels or red wheels on. The picture with the red wheels was from the wash in Parkersburg WV, and the one with my black wheels was from the location in Panama City Florida. The Parkersburg location staff are awesome. I love all of them. Violet is the sweetest. Byrd is very polite and welcoming. Issac is quiet but just a sweetheart plus a hard worker. Nancy is ambitious and nice. Ryan is outgoing. The staff at the Parkersburg location always does a fantastic job with the manual pre-wash and are super friendly which results in a great looking car and super experience! Now if the other locations would start doing the same! 😁 Thanks so much!
This car wash provided me with a great experience, their work was exceptional, the team members were very polite and my vehicle has never looked cleaner, I plan on coming back!
